Our next performance at Paper Mill is 1776. Our seats are reserved for Sunday, April 19, 2026, at 7:00PM. Tickets cost $40 per person.

NOTE: HEI paid members will receive one (1) ticket free from one of our scheduled dates (12/7/2025, 2/15/2026, 4/19/2026 or 6/14/2026). Example: If the member attends one of these performances, they will receive their free ticket. For the other shows the members would need to purchase their ticket.

*You must be a current July 2025-June 2026 member to receive this benefit.

With music and lyrics by Sherman Edwards and book by Peter Stone1776 follows John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, and their fellow delegates as they navigate fiery debates, political tensions, and personal conflicts in their struggle to unite thirteen colonies.
