The NJ Seahawks 2026 season is coming up, with practices scheduled to begin in just 2 weeks! HERES THE SCHEDULE: Swim practices are twice a week, first one is Wednesday, Jan 21st and our last one is June 3rd. They will be held Wednesday evenings  7:30 PM, at the Union YM-YMHA located at 501 Green Lane, in Union NJ. The pool is down the hall to last set of stairs on the right, and thru the locker rooms.
